Strength Cycle Week 1 Day 5

Final workout of the week. Make it count. We have some light-moderate exercises that should hit your full body and capping it off with a 2000m row. Should be a good finisher!

Dynamic Warmup (10 min)

Barbell jumps - 3 x 10 (30% 1RM back squat)

Single arm Kettlebell Snatch - 5 x 5 AHAP 

Bent Over Row (dumbbell or barbell) - 4 x 8

Reverse Hyperextension - 4 x 10

Barbell Glute Bridge - 3 x 10

Row/Assault bike/run (whatever you have) - 1 x 2000m

Static Stretch (10-20 min)
