Lat Pulldown - 1x15, 1x12, 1x10, 1x8, 1x6, 1x5; increase weight each set

DB Bent Over Row - 3x8 each side; moderate weight

Front Raise - 2x10; light to moderate weight

Lateral Raise - 2x10; light to moderate weight

Pull-ups - 3x training sets (70% of max)

Assisted Handstands - 5x :30/:30

MetCon-ish

Assault Bike - 10 rnds; :30/:30
