Strength Cycle Week 12 Day 1

Final week of the strength cycle. Hope it had you making gains and not hitting a dangerous plateau. This week will be a moderate/heavy week. Hope you're ready!

Dynamic warmup (10 min)

Strength

Thruster - work up to 4x8; moderate/heavy weight

Snatch Grip High Pulls - 5x5; moderate weight

DB Incline Bench - 3x8; moderate weight

DB Bent over Row - 4x10; try to increase weight each set

Seated Row - 4x10; try to increase weight each set

Reverse Hyperextension Holds - 5x:45 sec; rest 1 min between.

MetCon

Row + Burpee Box Jump Overs - 8 min EMOM; 5 Burpee BJO and row remainder.

Static stretch (10-20 min)
