Front Squat - 1x5 @ 50%, 2x4 @ 60%, 2x3 @ 70%, 1x3 @ 80%, 3x3 @ 85% sorry guys :)

Clean Pull - 2x3 @ 85%, 1x3 @ 90%, 3x3 @ 95%

Barbell or DB Push Press - 5x5 (aim for 165# (BB) or 50# DB's)

DB Bent Over Row 3x8 AHAP

GHD situps - 5x20; 1min break between sets

Sprint intervals - 4x400m every 2m 15s

Static Stretch (10-20)
