Strength Cycle Week 3 Day 5

Dynamic warmup

Pause Back squat (3 sec.) - 1x3 @ 50%, 1x3 @ 60%, 2x3 @ 70% 5x2 @ 75%

Good mornings - 3x8 moderate weight; focus on form

DB Walking Lunges - 2x15 per leg; aim for 40lb DB's

Handstand Holds (use wall assist as needed) - 5x :30; break as needed

Push-ups - 3x training sets (70% of max)

Pull-ups - 3x training sets (70% of max)

Static stretch (10-20 min)
