“We’re happy to announce that after a year of trying to keep up with orders, our small ass company is being forced to expand, thanks to all of you supporting the community. Dynamic warmup

Pause Back squat (3 sec.) - 1x3 @ 50%, 1x3 @ 60%, 2x3 @ 70% 5x2 @ 75%

Good mornings - 3x8 moderate weight; focus on form

DB Walking Lunges - 2x15 per leg; aim for 40lb DB's

Handstand Holds (use wall assist as needed) - 5x :30; break as needed

Push-ups - 3x training sets (70% of max)

Pull-ups - 3x training sets (70% of max)

Static stretch (10-20 min)
