Dynamic warmup (10min)

Pause Back Squat - 1x3 @ 60%, 2x2 @ 70%, 1x1 @ 75%, 2x1 @ 80%, 3 heavy singles above 80%.

Snatch-Grip Deadlift - 5x5 AHAP

Weighted Dips - 4x8; up to 45lb

Pull-ups - 3 x training sets (70% of max)

Sit-ups - 4x25

Sprints - 4x400m; 1:1 work/rest interval

Static Stretch (10-20 min)
