Dynamic warmup (10 min)

KB or DB walking lunge - 3x10 each leg, 16kg(35#) in each hand

DB Press - 5x5; moderate weight

Reverse Hyperextension - 3x10

Box Jumps(30") - 3x10

Push-ups - 5x training sets (70% of max)

Pull-ups - 5x training sets (70% of max)

Static stretch (10-20 min)
