Push Press - 2x3 @ 50%, 1x3 @ 60%, 1x2 @ 70%, 1x1 @ 80%, build to a max

BB Bent Over Row - 4x5; moderate weight

DB Incline Bench - 5x5; moderate weight

Chin-ups 4x10

Assisted Hand-Stand holds - 5x:45 sec; :15 sec rest

Row - 2x1000m row; 1:2 work/rest

Static stretch (10-20 min)
