Snatch-grip High Pulls - 3x8 @ 135# 

Single Arm DB Bent Over Row - 3x10; moderate to heavy weight

Incline DB Bench - 4x8; heavy

Clapping Push-ups - 3x10

Sprint - 4x400m; 1:1 work/rest

Static stretch (10-20 min)
