Strength Cycle Week 8 Day 1

This week will focus more on lower weight/higher reps to prepare you for a lower volume/heavy lift week during Week 9.

Dynamic warmup (10 min)

Thrusters - 3x10 @ 60% (of 1RM clean)

Pause at the knee Deadlift - 2x8 @ 70%, 1x8@ 75%, 3x6@ 85% (of 1RM clean)

Front + Lateral DB raises - 3x10 + 10 w/ 20#

KB swings - 3x10 each arm w/ at least 16kg

Reverse Hyperextensions - 4x10

Row - 2x1000m; 4 min break between sets

Static stretch (10-20 min)
