Front Squat - work up to 3x6 @ 70% (1RM FS)

Straight-Leg Deadlift - 3x8 @ 50% (1RM DL)

DB Bench Press - 1x10, 1x8, 1x5, 3x3; increase weight each set

Pull-up + KB Pwr Cl + Push-ups - 5 min AMRAP; 3 + 3 per arm + 9 push-ups

Assault Bike or Row - 6 rnds; :30/:30

Static stretch (10-20 min)
