Strength Cycle Week 8 Day 5

Last day of the week. We will focus on power clean and some strict press, followed by some accessory work and a little METCON. Ready, ready, break!

Dynamic warmup (10 min)

Power Clean - work up to 4x5 @ 60% (of 1RM clean)

Strict Press - work up to 5x3 @ 50% (of 1RM jerk)

Lat Pulldown - 3x10; moderate to heavy

DB Bent Over Row - 4x8; moderate weight

GHD Sit-ups - 5x20; 1min. rest between sets

Row + Burpee - 1500m; every minute do 5 burpees until complete

Static stretch (10-20 min)
