WELLNESS is designed for someone who is just getting into the gym, or someone who hasn’t been to the gym in a while. Our goal was to create a program for the person who doesn’t have access to a full functional fitness gym or who is short on time because of work, school, etc. Each day is designed to be able to be completed in one hour or less. While modifications work, it is not recommended for this program. Do not attempt any exercise without first being comfortable doing them with proper form.
