FITNESS is designed for the intermediate competitor. Our goal was to create a program for the person who takes serious investment in both their athleticism and performance in and out of the gym. FITNESS requires a full gym and is designed to be able to be completed in one hour or less. While modifications work, it is not recommended for this program. Do not attempt any lifts without first being comfortable doing them with an empty bar.
